What have you done before the problem was there?
Nothing it was a fresh install.

What have you already tryed to solve the problem?
I've search your forum for answer regarding the following issues as in chatbox always timing out, cumulus tag does not show up like it does yours, and shoutbox is not showing up also. I try all the fixed method that has been posted but none of them has work so I have decided to disable my forum until I get all these issues fixed. Please help me. Thanks and your website Roccs!

Mmmm, no idea what causes this. Possible both chat boxes do conflict on the same page? Try to remove/disable one of them.

Actually I had problem with the chat box issue before adding the center chat box on the page. I think it might be script error. Pretty much I had the same problem slickster had. I'll try figure that out later I will probably just disable the link to open up the chat box. Are you able to help me on the Cumulus Tags and Shoutbox issue? Thanks

As you forum seem to be totally empty (contains no messages), Cumulus Tags will display nothing until a message is added.

Yes I know my forum is totally empty because I haven't fully launched it. I'm tryin to get everything functional before I launch ya know. Thanks for pointing out how Cumulus Tags work. Now my last questions i regarding the shoutbox. Why is the shoutbox show up like that? Is it because I have the chatbox and shoutbox on the same page? I got another question how do you install the arcade games on the forum. How do I remove this link (In Chatbox [0]) from the overall header or menu. Try to find it but seem to have trouble removing that link. Thanks for your help.
